These Terms govern your use of mtxfightsupply.com and any order you place with MTX Fight Supply Ltd ("MTX", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About MTX

MTX Fight Supply Ltd is a Canadian combat sports retailer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Equipment is sourced directly from manufacturers in Thailand, imported by MTX, and sold and supported by MTX in Canada.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to describe products accurately, but colours, sizing and specifications may vary slightly from images and descriptions.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to decline or cancel any order placed against an error. Where we cancel such an order, you receive a full refund.

3. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment or delivery details. Where we decline, you receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and risk

Shipping terms, delivery areas and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Use of this site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to another user's account.

7. Product use and safety

Combat sports equipment carries inherent risk of injury. Products are sold for their intended purpose and should be used with appropriate training, supervision and protective equipment. Inspect equipment before each use and replace it when worn or damaged. MTX is not responsible for injury arising from misuse, unsuitable use, or use of worn or damaged equipment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MTX's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
