Where we ship
MTX Fight Supply Ltd is a Canadian company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We currently ship within Canada.
How our supply works
MTX is a Canadian combat sports retailer. Equipment is sourced directly from manufacturers in Thailand, imported by MTX, and shipped to you from Canada. All orders, returns and exchanges are handled by MTX in Canada. You will never be asked to ship an item back to a supplier overseas.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Estimated transit times are shown at checkout where available and begin once your order has been handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, weather, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on orders over $145 CAD to all provinces. Orders under $145 CAD are charged $12 CAD standard shipping to British Columbia and Alberta, and $20 CAD to the rest of Canada. Orders to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are charged a flat $45 CAD. Large items such as Thai pads, kick pads and gym bags are charged an oversized shipping rate shown at checkout.
Customs and duties
Goods are imported into Canada by MTX. Duties and import taxes on our inbound shipments are our responsibility, not yours. You will not be charged customs fees on a domestic Canadian delivery from MTX.
Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at support@mtxfightsupply.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the box and the shipping label. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Returns
Returns are handled by MTX in Canada. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Do not send returns without authorization; once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
